Domestic Orders

Exchange Validity:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Tags and invoice must be intact

  • Valid reason required (e.g., wrong size, defected, incorrect item)

If the size doesn’t fit or you're simply not satisfied, you may exchange the item—however, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Stitched articles from unstitched items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)

Sale item exchanges may take longer than usual.


International Orders

Currently, we do not offer exchange or return services for international orders. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos.


Important Note

Take photos of your sealed package and invoice before opening. In case of a wrong or damaged item, these will help us resolve the issue quickly.


Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns. However, if your exchange request is approved and a refund is applicable, you’ll receive a coupon code of equal value for use at www.zarnaksh.pk.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once shipped, the standard exchange policy will apply.

Zarnaksh reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or declined payments.
