How do I place an order?
Shopping at Zarnaksh is easy. Simply browse your favorite products, choose your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. When ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage your profile, and enjoy a faster shopping experience in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Zarnaksh ships both locally and internationally.
How long does delivery take?

Unstitched:
• Local: 3–5 working days
• International: 9–11 working days -
Stitched:
• Local & International: 20–25 working days
(Pre-orders are delivered after collection launch)
What are the shipping charges?

International: Charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID. You can track your parcel via TCS/Leopards (Pakistan) or FedEx (International).
Exchange Policy
1. Received a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp/call at 03105227377 or email at zarnaksh2@gmail.com. We’ll handle the exchange and cover shipping charges.
2. Want to exchange an item?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

You’re not satisfied with the product, color, or size

The item is unused, with tags and original packaging
Note: Shipping charges apply for customer-initiated exchanges.
3. Do you offer refunds?
No cash refunds. Instead, we offer store credit (coupon) or product exchange.
4. Can I exchange sale items?
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Payment Verification
Paid orders (via card or bank) may take 2–4 working days to confirm. Once verified, your order will be dispatched accordingly:
